Software Developed
HAPSTAT for special sampling scheme (both in C++ and R), 2007-2008. This software has high power to detect genetic associations by adopting a MLE-based method for haplotype analysis.
HAPSCAN (written in C++), 2009. This program performs sliding-window analysis for large-scale haplotype analysis.
Monte Carlo method for multiple testing adjustment (both in R and C++), 2010. This software employs a Monte-Carlo method to adjust for multiple comparisons in genetic association studies.
Joint analysis for GWAS with multiple phenotypes (in C++), 2011. It provides a statistically powerful tool for analyzing genetic association studies that carry multiple phenotypes.
GWASelect (C++, with parallel computing), 2010. This is a cutting-edge program for disease-gene hunting and genetic risk prediction in the era of personalized medicine.
Variable selection for meta-analysis (written in R), 2011. This software conducts variable selection for meta analysis, either based on raw data or solely based on summary statistics.
A Support Vector Machine Program for genetic risk prediction (written in C++), 2011.
